Adventure Nine: Stagnation

This is the story of my game of Civilization IV Adventure Nine from Realms Beyond Civilization.

This is my third game of Civ 4, following Adventure Six and Epic Five. I ran into economic problems in both of those games, so this one seems tailor-made to force me to learn how to improve my economic play or die trying. :)
